I am sure we have all used the saying “got your knickers in a twist” well that seems to be the situation with our Recommended Hotel!
The phone numbers we published on the website were for the “Britannia Group Central Reservation Line” and also the “Local Hotels Reservation Line”!
Consequently the “Group Central Reservations” got the calls but their records showed that the hotel was full due to our prior block reservations for the conference delegates. The local hotel who had the reserved places were not getting any calls!
