It will not be long before the first talk is announced. When this happens Blind Bird tickets will be replaced by Early Bird tickets. So if you want a PHPNW11 ticket for £72, be quick!
Anyone who has submitted a talk which gets accepted, will have their Blind Bird tickets refunded if already purchased.
