Ok, so it’s really close now to PHPNW11 and we thought you might like to know what you’re going to be eating on Saturday!
Refreshments will be provided at break times during the conference days, details of the meals available are below.
Lunch on Saturday will be a buffet which will include a selection from:
- Cheddar and tomato sandwich (v)
- Ham, lettuce and grain mustard sandwich
- Poached salmon, watercress, tarragon and crème fraiche pressed sandwich
- Tandoori chicken wrap
- Brie apple, grape and celery wrap (v)
- Mini pork pies with Branston pickle
- Roasted vegetable salsa tart (v)
- Chicken satay skewers
- Mixed green salad
- Three tomato salad
- Chips and dips
- Bitter chocolate tart
- Lemon tart
Evening Meal on Saturday at the Social, will be a hot buffet which will include a selection from:
- Chicken Curry & Rice
- Hot Pot
- Vegetable Chilli (v)
Please note:
- Whilst there is no food provided at the social on the Friday evening, it is available to purchase from the bar up until 10pm.
- To obtain your food on the Saturday, you will need to show the hotel staff your conference badge
- On the Saturday evening at the Social event there will be an open bar, again you will need to show the bar staff your conference badge to obtain your free drinks (1 per ticket, per visit)
- On the Sunday morning refreshments will be provided, however no meal is available.
