PHPNW is run by a group of passionate volunteers, and the annual conference is our opportunity to reach out to the wider community. Last year the PHPNW11 conference attracted 411 delegates, and this year demand for blind bird tickets has increased by 60%. Places are limited so don’t delay, book your tickets now.
We also need your help!
Conferences offer the chance to get together, share ideas and give something back to the community. If you think you could help and would like to get involved then we would love to hear from you.
- Why are you coming to the conference this year?
- How much benefit did you obtain from last years conference?
- Have you had fun at previous PHPNW events?
We are hoping to publish some guest posts on our blog from people who have benefitted from their involvement with PHPNW, so if you can answer these questions or have any other stories about PHPNW then we would love to hear from you. Contact us via IRC or email for further details.
If blogging is not your strength then you can still get involved. We will be regularly posting to our blog and you can share these updates with your colleagues, or retweet our news items from the @phpnw12 account. The heart and soul of a conference is the community that it serves. The more people we can tell about PHPNW12, the better it will be for all of us.
