Matt Brunt (@Brunty) is a Senior Software Engineer with Viva IT where he leads and mentors a team of developers. Matt helps his team to learn and grow into their full potential.

In his spare time, he is one of the organisers for the monthly PHP East Midlands user group and the annual PHP East Midlands Unconference. When not tinkering with code, he can be found reading comics, fighting monsters in dungeons and dragons, or drinking tea and eating jaffa-cakes. We love him already, cause #Jaffacakesrock however, they aren’t great for dunking in your tea!

Working for over eight years in different environments and businesses Patrik has seen terrible things and brought them all to shine. Yay, Praise the sun!

James Mallison (@j7mbo) is a Tech Lead @trivago in Mallorca, Spain. Having a particular interest in software and technical architecture, James has spoken at multiple conferences throughout the UK and Europe on real-time communication and software architecture.

Technically opinionated, he is passionate about best practice and frequently looks for shortcuts that can work for his team, while still adhering to the principles that define good programming.

See you at the social! He also loves a free bar 😉
