All of the sponsor prices shown are exc. VAT and all payments are due within 14 days of invoicing or prior to the Conference, whichever is sooner.

During the day
- Quiet Room – £250 A tranquil space for delegates that want a time-out from the busy conference day. Help us by providing reading materials and music to create a peaceful atmosphere.
- Coffee & Tea – £300 Always popular with our delegates, you can’t beat a good brew. Help us fund the coffee and tea to keep our delegates up and running and fuelled with caffeine.
- Special 10th Anniversary Cupcakes – £350 Every delegate this year will receive a special anniversary cupcake, a sweet treat to celebrate PHPNW Conference’s 10th Birthday!
Saturday Night Social
- Entertainment – £500 On the Saturday evening, we provide a wide variety of fun activities for delegates to get their hands on. Arcade games are always popular, and we might be looking to get a little magical this year! Ask one of the conference team about the plans we have in store.
- Main Bar – £3000 One of the key ingredients to make the Saturday Night Social a success is drinks! Sponsor the important networking moment, everyone will see your business’ name and will raise their glass to you!
- Bottled Bar – £1000 When the main bar gets too busy for some delegates, the bottled bar comes to save the day for those that just want a simple bottle of beer. Have your name on the very popular bottle bar, our delegates will be very thankful for the extra drinks!
- PHP Elephant Vokda Luge – £425 For our tenth anniversary, we have a number of special items in store to make it a big occasion! These items include a PHP Elephant Vodka Luge – A shot for every delegate, this is sure to be popular!
- PHPNW17 Branded Bottle Beer – £400 As part of our celebration of our ten year anniversary, each delegate will be given a bottle of our branded beer. Cheers!
